Processing & Delivery:

Orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Payment done through bank or western union will have to be awaited until its confirmation is done from our bank will take around 3 to 4 working days, order will not be shipped until its confirmation is done.

Delivery time: 5-7 business days.

Free shipping for orders above $100

Orders below $100 incur standard shipping charges.

Shipping available worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS & SVFD - DX Standard DDP

We use DDP Service (Delivered Duty Paid) to the areas where goods are being shipped includes country names as follows:

Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Denmark, France, Italy, Croatia, Romania, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Slovakia Republic & Cyprus.

All goods being delivered to the above countries will not be required to pay any custom duty by the customer as it will be included in the shipping cost and label will be created to facilitate customs and delivery will be at door step.

Returns & Refunds:

Returns accepted within 30 days for defective products.

Items must be unopened and approved for return.

Refunds processed within 10 days after receiving the returned item.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged & Incorrect Items:

Inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues immediately.
